According to information provided by UOM to the Argentine News Agency, the first city in the interior to mobilize will be Córdoba, with a march planned for Thursday, February 5. Additionally, Governor Martín Llaryora will be called upon to adopt a more critical stance towards the official initiative. 'Hard-line' unions from the CGT and the two CTA will march in Córdoba and Rosario against Milei's labor reform. The following week, an event will be organized in Rosario, with a concentration on February 10. 'The future of work is decided with the workers,' the unions concluded in a statement. #AgenciaNA. The specific objective is to express direct rejection of the labor reform, in the event that the law is approved in the Senate. These and other mobilizations in the interior aim to pressure the governors before or during the legislative debate on the labor reform to prevent its consideration in extraordinary sessions and to move the discussion to the ordinary period, where counter-proposals could be presented. The unions justify their rejection of the Labor Modernization Law, considering it an 'attack on acquired rights and a precariousness of working conditions'. '86 trade union organizations meeting at the UOM's national headquarters express our energetic rejection of the regressive labor reform project promoted by the national government.'
